Forms Competency Based

All trainees need to fill in competency booklets. Updated versions of the competency booklets will be available on the website from September 2008 in the meantime, your College Tutor should have a copy. For StRs 5,6 & 7(SpRs 3,4,5) only books are available via the College Tutors at the BRI, Julie Flowers, Dept of Anaesthesia, BRI or Su Underwood, Training Programme Director.

• All StRs1-2 also need to fill in other workplace assessments such as multisource feedback forms, DOPs, Anaes-CEX and CBD forms.
